The Fellowship Inc. Core Values

Courage

We are not afraid to tell our patrons about the love of Jesus Christ and His healing powers available to all who believe.

Compassion

We do not judge one's circumstance, but instead choose to see the soul of every individual and express our genuine concern for them by making love a verb. We talk less and do more.

Curiosity

We are eager to engage with our patrons, learn more about their story and seek how we can be of service to their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Consistency

We build trust by being consistent. The community knows we are men and women of our word when we honor our commitments. Praise be to God we have not missed a Thursday meal service in four years and God willing this ministry will continue to thrive.

Community

We are a family of believers who work as a tribe to recover and revive the souls in San Jose seeking a  Savior. We introduce them to the only One who can heal all their wounds. His name is Jesus.

Christ Centered

All ministries at The Fellowship Inc. are Christ centered, fueled by faith programs. John 14:6 "The only way to the Father is through Me." -Jesus

About The Fellowship Inc.

The Fellowship was founded in 2021 in the midst of the chaos of the COVID-19 epidemic. In a time of history where everyone was running out, we were running in...

My name is Drew Sanchez and I’m the Executive Director of The Fellowship Inc. a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization here in San Jose CA. Growing up, my mother was always a huge community advocate and had a heart to serve those who were suffering. Fueled by faith, she showed us how to take action when we saw someone in need. Sympathy never saved anyone and empathy wasn’t enough. Tough to hear, but true.

Over the years I had the honor of volunteering at two amazing soup kitchens, including one in San Francisco and another in Santa Cruz where I learned so many valuable vocational skills. In 2021, the Spirit of God inspired me to launch The Fellowship Inc. on my home soil. Being a Bay Area native, I was excited and eager to serve Gods people in my hometown and it has taken a tribe to thrive. None of this would be possible without our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, my fiancé, church family, community and the countless volunteers who so selflessly donate their precious time on a weekly basis. To all of the Fellowship Family, I thank you. Lives are changing and souls are being saved on a weekly basis and this is just the beginning! Let’s keep spreading the Good News and being the Light in dark places! Love y’all!
Gratitude & Blessings,

Drew Sanchez
